With the development of science, new materials have been widely applied in industries, forming bonded dissimilar materials like wedges and junctions. As a result of the singularstress field near the tips of wedges and junctions, the tips which usually become the initialdamage points always lead to structure failure and pose a safety hazard. The parameters suchas the order of stress singularity, the angle function of stress, and the coefficient of stressintensity must be resolved, in order to find reliable evaluative method which applies tocomposites. In order to determine the singular stress field near the tips of three-dimensionalanisotropic multi-material wedges and junctions, an eigenvalue method was proposed. Themajor work of this paper as follows:1. Based on the fundamental equations of anisotropic materials and the first-orderapproximation assumption, the characteristic equation was derived by using of thedisplacement functions with separated variables.2. The singularity characteristic equation was solved by using of the meshless method. The eigenvalue is relative to the order of stress singularity, and the associated eigenvector iswith respect to the stress angular variations. The order of stress singularity, the associatedstress and the displacement angular variations were obtained.3. The influences of varying the interface angle, the wedge angle and the fiberorientation of materials on the singular stress field were discussed.
