A series of MSi2O2N2(M-Ca, Sr, Ba) powders have been researched through solid-state reaction method. The effect of different factors was studied deeply. Red-shift and concentration quenching were found and discussed. RE co-doped SrSi2O2N2phosphors have also been composed, research the luminescence property which due to Ce3+-Eu2+energy transfer mechanism. The experiment results shows that:SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+powders can be formed during1300℃to1500℃.Powders shows single broad band emission under excitation at460nm, centering at532-550nm; the holding time contribute much to the luminescence properties, it is related to the reduction rate and Solution Treatment of EU2O3on high temperature; cosolvent improve the crystallization ability of the sample, it makes rare-earth ions after reduction easier solid solute into crystal lattice. Crystal plane spacing and diffraction will change under different alkali metal ratio. As the Eu2+ontent increasing, the emission spectrum of the powered show red-shift and concentration quenching which because of the interaction between different Eu2+diploes. Co-doped Ce3+can improve the luminescence intensity SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+,An energy transfer between Eu2+and Ce3+is Been shown, the energy transfer mechanism from Ce3+to Eu2+is due to dipole-dipole interactions.
