This thesis applies the ultraviolet-visible spectrum method studies spectrum properties of the spectrum of pyridine and iodine, we can make full use of the physical property to be change suddenly to judge the formation of new complex, when we complex iodine aqua with pyridine aqua of the different concentration, the aqua color is changed gradually, the purple color into the brown color with the increment of the density of pyridine, the absorption waveband is at520nm of the iodine steam has changed, as a result indicate that form the new complex.This paper researches the law of complex Fermi resonance at room temperature, we analyze the law of pyridine Fermi resonance of v1~v12and v1+v6~v8,and also analyze the law of complex Fermi resonance of v1~v12and v1+v6~v8, the coupling coefficient of Fermi resonance in complex decreases more rapidly than in pure pyridine, which means that Fermi resonance of complex become weak.We analyze the law of pyridine iodine complex and pure pyridine Fermi resonance(v1~v12)under the temperature change(-180℃—50℃).the coupling coefficient of Fermi resonance in complex decreases more rapidly than in pure pyridine, meanwhile the Fermi resonance behavior in complex solution varies much faster than that in neat liquid too, which means that temperature change effect in complex accelerated the shift of Fermi resonance.
