Based on SODA data set, this paper discusses seasonal change of verticaltemperature of China Eastern coastal (Bohai sea, Yellow Sea, East China sea),andadvanced or lag relationship between SST and each layer temperature. Utilizing EOF andto analyzes the interdecadal scale characteristics of the time change and space distributionof ocean heat anomaly. Then Utilizing SVD method to discuss interdecadal scalerelationship between China’s eastern coastal heat content anomaly an local wind stressabnormally, and how climate changes of North China in winter, spring and summerwhen heat content changes in Bohai sea and Yellow sea.The result shows that temperature’s seasonal variation in marginal seas east of Chinais obviously, mixing action of wind and tide brings about mixed uniform state in fall andwinter, in spring and summer, seawater changes into stratification. Seasonal changes oftemperature shows when seawater is stratified (from spring to summer), China EasternPacific Rim is heating, heat transfer changes temperature phase of the deeper water, andbecause vertical stability of seawater strengthen, the deeper seawater temperatureanomaly influences on climate by means of seawater transferred from deep layer tosuperficial layer. After summer, during depth of seasonal mix is increasing, temperatureanomaly signal of deeper seawater is released through mixture of surface and deeperlayer, while in winter seawater mixes severely, the climate abnormal signals can betransferred to deeper layer directly. So affects mechanism of china’s eastern coastal onclimate change maybe such: in fall and winter, climate change signal is stored in seaquickly, and then in summer and spring, it influences climate. Though heat and dynamicprocess, atmosphere affect sea temperature,at the same time, deep seawater continue toaffects shallow seawater and further affects atmosphere. Seasonal variation in marginalseas east of China has three different patterns: summer pattern, spring pattern andtransition pattern. In winter Yellow Sea and East china sea exist stability warm watertongue, current influence temperature distribution significantly, in summer there is coldwater group in Yellow Sea.Marginal sea can’t just rely on sea surface to influence atmosphere, heat content cancharacterize the whole ocean thermal condition, defining the sea as whole factor toexplore the relationship between them. Ocean heat content has obvious interdecadalsignal, Yellow sea and East China sea of the interdecadal features rely on the Yellow seawarm current and kuroshio’s interdeacadal change. Heat content interdecadal changecycle for8a~16a, and the entire area is in the same phase change. Heat content has obvious decadal characteristics, which alters between cold year and warm year. UtilizingSVD method to explore coupling correlation about heat content decadal anomalies andcurl of local wind stress decadal anomalies, the results show that heat content throughthermal to drive wind stress, and the changes of MTD triggers curl convert. Land frictionleads to geographical bias exist between curl center and heat content. Wind stress curlredistributes heat content distribution by Ekman transport and thermocline. In turn it willcause MTD changes, so this is a positive feedback system. For heat content distribution, meridional local wind stress is an important factor. Land friction plays an indispensablerole in this coupling process. When the heat content changes in Bohai sea and Yellow sea(in winter, spring, andsummer),temperature, precipitation, and pressure will change. There are two patterns forheat content anomaly influences North China climate: in winter, heat content in Bohai sea,Yellow Sea reduces (increases), or reverse phase changes in Bohai sea and Yellow Sea,temperature will rise and precipitation will reduce. Heat content anomaly changes climatefactor by heat force, they alter coordinative, so heat content changes can predicted climatechanges in North China.
