Abstract/Summary:
As to this article, the main producing area of the C. petrophilum, Gong County inSichuan Province, has been selected as the research region. On the foundation of theexisting research achievements in the research region, the transformationcharacteristics of the rock-soil-plant system and the state of abundance or deficiencyof the elements in the rock, soil and plant have been researched. Meanwhile, therelationship between the secondary metabolites-the soil in C. petrophilum and theproductivity of the Safrole and the geochemical elements have also been analyzedthrough the way of making use of the background data of geochemistry, which aims atproviding a scientific basis for the construction of high quality C. petrophilumplanting base and optimizing the structure of agricultural industry, as well as takingadvantages of the land resource reasonably. The main achievements gained bysystematic research are as follows:(1) Making a contrast on the soil element background values between theresearch region and Sichuan hilly areas, the comparative research on the geochemicalcharacteristics of element has indicated that the average contents of these elements inthe research region, such as Ca, Mg, Al, Na, Sr, Ba, Zr, As and Hg, are lower thanthose in the Sichuan hilly areas. However, the average contents of K, Mn, Fe, Li, Rb,V, Co, Ga, Ti, Zr, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn are higher than those in the Sichuan hillyareas.(2)The enriched characteristics of the elements in rock-soil-plant system: themajority of these elements arranging from the parent rock to the surface soil turn outto be the trend of enrichment, which illustrates that the the sources of material in soilsmainly inherits the soil-forming rock. Nevertheless, most of these elements from thesoil of the surface level to the C. petrophilum present a relatively weak trend, which declares that C. petrophilum adsorbs weakly from the most elements in the soil of thesurface level.(3)Through the analysis on the relativity between the rock, soil and C.petrophilum in the research region, it has been proved that the elements of Li and Cupresent a remarkably positive correlation in the interrelated study of the elementsfrom the rock and soil, and the element of Ca in the relativity of research between thesoil and C. petrophilum presents a highly remarkably positive correlation and so dothe elements of Sr, V and Ti in the research between the soil and C. petrophilum.However, the element of Ba turns out to be a highly significant negative correlation,and Cd shows a significant positive correlation.(4)Through analyzing the oil productivity of C. petrophilum and the productivityof Safrole in the different levels, the order of the oil productivity of C. petrophilumranks as follows: T3-J1x>P2l>J2z>T1f+t>T1j>T2l>P1. The content of Safrole inthe oil of Safrole ranks as follows: P1>T3-J1x>J2z>P2l>T2l>T1j>T1f+t. And thesoil productivity of Safrole in the leaves of C. petrophilum ranks as follows: T3-J1x>J2z>P2l>P1>T2l>T1j>T1f+t.(5)Different characteristic of the geochemistry has an vital influence on the oilproductivity of C. petrophilum. The relationship between the content of As, Cr and oilproductivity of C. petrophilum turns out to be a negative correlation. So does therelationship between the content of elements of Ca, As in the element groups of Ca-Sr,As-Pb and the oil productivity of C. petrophilum. But the content of these elements ofSr, Pb has a positive correlation with oil productivity of C. petrophilum. The contentof the elements of Li, Ba, As and Ni in the soil have a negative correlation with it. Thecontent of the elements of Mg and Zn in the soil has a significant negative correlationwith it, and the content of the elements of Cd and Pb has a extremely significantnegative with it. The content of the element assemblage of soil Mg-Cd has aextremely significant negative with it, too. And in the element assemblage of soil ofK-Mn-Ca-Li, the content of the elements of Mn and Li has a negative with it, but thecontent of the elements of K and Ca has a positive correlation with it. In the C.petrophilum, the content of the elements of Fe, V, Zr and Pb has a negative with it, butthe content of the elements of Co has a positive correlation with it, and the content ofthe elements of Cr and Ni has a significant negative with it. However, the relationshipbetween the content of Cd and oil productivity of C. petrophilum turns out to be aextremely significant negative.(6)Different characteristics of geochemistry have important impacts on the oil productivity of Safrole. The relationship between the content of the elements of Asand Cd and the productivity of Safrole turns out to be a negative in the rock. So doesthe relationship between the contents of the elements of Ca and As in the elementgroups of Ca-Sr, As-Pb and the oil productivity of Safrole, but the content of elementsof Sr and Pb has a positive correlation with it. In the soil, the content of the elementsof K, Ca, Na, Fe, Li, Rb, Ba, Co, Ga, As, Cd, Cr and Pb has a negative with it, and thecontent of the elements of Mg and Al has a significant negative with it, then thecontent of the elements of Mn, Ni and Zn has a extremely significant negative with it.In the element assemblage of soil of Mg-Cd and K-Mn-Ca-Li, the content of theelements of Mg, Cd, Mn, Ca and Li has a negative with the oil productivity of Safrole,but the content of elements of K has a positive correlation with it. In the C.petrophilum, the content of the elements of Ca and Cd has a negative with theproductivity of Safrole, but the content of elements of K has a positive correlationwith it, and then, the content of the elements of Ba and Co has a significant negativewith it.
