Behavioral biology of Great Bustard in breeding season were investigated in Tu muji Nature Reserve Inner Mongolia in2010and2011by using focus animal sampling, Instantaneous and scanning Sampling and All-occurrences recording. Compare the behavior ignificant difference of male and female between early breeding period and incubating period in two years by the method of Kolmogorov-Smironov in SPSS15.0. Compare the behavior ignificant amang among Pre-Incubating Period, Mid-Incubating Period and Late-Incubating Period relying on One Way ANOVA.The results showed that:during two years through the investigation of four nests:Great Bustard built ground nests which was simple and presents the shape of oval. There were a few of hay and feathers in nest. The depth of nest was on average of2.88(±0.10) cm, the length of nestxthe breadth of nest was31.90(±0.48) cm×28.63(±0.79) cm.12eggs was found and looked like similar that presented the shape of oval green and thoses color were Dark light gray-green, gray-green and dark gray-green with the strip and spot. The value of the weigh of egg was121(±3.8) g. The length of egg x the length of it was breadth73.7(±1.27) mm×54.5(±0.67) mm. Elongation were1.36±0.02.Time budget percent and daily rhyhm of Great Bustard excited significant differences during the breeding season.Time budget percent of female were breeding, feeding, resting and walking in turn while that of male were feeding, walking, resting behavior but breeding behavior was a litter lower. Warning, preening and other behavior were lower. The behavior of nale and female had daily rhythm in different periods of breeding season. During the breeding season feeding, walking and breeding behavior of male and female approched the peak at6:00-S:00and16:00-17:00,and the frequency is very high while at12:00resting, preening and earning approched the peak. The remaining behavior behavior rhythm is not obvious; During (?)he incubation period the rhythm of male was basically the same with the breeding season’s, but the courtship disappeared gradually; female’s rhythm was significantly different form her hythm in the breeding season, the female hatched almost t all day, which became main behavioral rhythms, but at9:00-11:00and16:00feeding, walking behavior appeared a small)eak with low frequency and warning behavior distributed uniformed all day.Based on the analysis results of the two years we found:The data of2010and2011is (?)asically the same while variability is small. By test in2010courting behavior excited;ignificant differences (P<0.01) and feeding behavior had differences (P<0.05), but in2011courting behavior excited differences (P<0.05) and feeding behavior had no distinguished P>0.05). The result of One Way ANOVA:in2011during incubating period warning behavior of female had differences (P<0.05). Resting and preening behavior of male had differences (P<0.05) in2010, but in2011those and other behaviors had no distinguished (P>0.05).
