The relationship between Drosophila intestine and microorganisms in being extensively studied, gut immunity is an important part of the Drosophila’s immune systems. The Drosophila is an important model organism in research fields of human physiology and disease due to the advantages of short life cycle, easy to breed, strong reproductive ability, having fewer chromosomes and show a lot of variation. This study select Drosophila as the experimental material, by feeding the Drosophila H2O2, SDS, bacteria and fungi, we can make it emerge inflammatory response, so we can find the gene that related with the gut immunity. The main research results as follows:1After feeding the H2O2and SDS, the gene that make the Drosophila to produce stress response include Spen,CG12744,jumeaux,inv,Lmpt,DDB1,Loco,Rab6/Cyo,CG12004,T oll, shg,Rel and PGRP-LC.2After feeding the bacteria and fungi, the gene that make the Drosophilato produce inflammatory response include CG12744,jumeaux,CG7263,Rel and Toll. For the Drosophila has a feature of easy to test, so we can find the functional genes that related with gut immunity easily.we will analyze the action mechanism of these genes, regulation mechanism of intestinal stem cells, occurrence mechanism of intestinal tumor and other disease, mechanism of intestinal stem cell’s abnormal proliferation and differentiation which caused by external pathogens, all about of this will provide important theory basis for researching human and animal genetics, gut immunity and disease caused by pathogens.
