Na2SiO3·9H2O0.04g/L, K2HPO4·3H2O0.02g/L, Ca(NO3)2·4H2O0.05g/L, FeCl3·6H2O0.025g/L, VB0.5g/L.2.The experiment confirms the optimal no-nutrition condition in the liquid culture of Nostoc commune Vanch is:the optimum is pH8, the optimum temperature is25℃S.Acconding to comprehensive research, the way to purification of detached Phycocvanin is:soaking the Nostoc commune Vanch in phosphate buffer12hoursâ†'multigelation7timesâ†'ultraphonic extracting5timesâ†'centrifuging and collect supernateâ†'air pump filtrationâ†'30%salting out the useless proteinâ†'60%salting out and precipitating phycocyaninâ†'dialyzing desaltingâ†'DEAE-cellulose ion exchange column, and collecting the purer phycocyaninâ†'sephadex G-150gel columnâ†'getting the purer phycocyanin.
