The Diffusion coefficient is a physical quantities that describes diffusion degree of liquid, gas, or solid.it means that when the concentration is a unit,the volume of gas and solid or liquid through the unit area.It is widely used in the in metallurgy, biological engineering, chemical, pharmaceutical, environment and other areas. because the demand of the experimental environment, experimental instruments is high, so the measurement of liquid diffusion is difficult.With the rapidly development of laser technology, holographic technology,because it is high precision, large volume, high sensitivity, and doesn’t interfere with fluent etc, so it is widely used to measure small deformation etc in the field of precision measurement. With it is successfully used in the measuring liquid diffusion coefficient, temperature field, and pressure changes in the field, etc.Based on the study of related knowledge, the method of using real-time digital holographic measuring liquid mass transfer coefficient has established in this article. The problem of that consumes a lot of times, the operation of it is complex, and error is too big is solved, and the whole process of concentration spread is revealed through dynamic video. Through computing a series of different concentrations of the solution of sucrose in distilled water,we got the data of effective liquid phase diffusion coefficient. It is helpful to the biomedical fields.
