Based on difuse principle of infectious disease and the quantity of population,the epidemic model is constructed. By analysis and numerical simulations of dy-namical behaviors, difuse rule and the forecast of advance trend may be revealed,which provide foundation for prevention and cure of infectious disease. In this pa-per, we investigate two kinds of epidemic model with pulse vaccination, and analyzethe efect on prevention and cure of infectious disease with these factors, such aslatent period, vaccine period and successful rate and so on.Firstly, considering latent period, inoculator, diferential susceptibility and otherfactors, we investigate a pulse vaccination SVIR epidemic model with delay and bi-linear incidence rate. According to the comparison theorem of impulsive diferentialequations, we analyze the global attractivity and permanence of infection-free peri-odic solution. Theoretical results are verifed through Matlab numerical simulations.Secondly, considering the efect of latent period and infection period of disease,we study a kind of pulse vaccination SVEIR epidemic models with two time delaysand saturated incidence rate. The sufcient condition for existence of infection-freeperiodic solution, global attractivity and the permanence of the system are obtained.Numerical simulations validate our results.
