The Magnetotelluric sounding (MT) is the natural electromagnetic field source for alternating the electromagnetic exploration method, because natural electromagnetic field weak signal, wide band, so vulnerable to various noise interference, and along with the rapid development of national economy, the humanities interference increasingly serious, to improve the Magnetotelluric sounding data quality, how to effectively reduce the noise interference is imminent. We collected the magnetotelluric sounding data, the collected information both subsurface geoelectrical structure information, also have field source change and noise interference information, to acquire the real underground electrical structure, must identify and eliminate noise interference, but the magnetotelluric sounding many sources, and all kinds of interference noise intertwined, it is difficult to distinguish, so understanding all sorts of interference noise to magnetotelluric sounding the influence law of the data it is necessary.This paper first based on all kinds of different width noise interference and amplitude, to where the magnetotelluric sounding the time series data classification, extract the square wave, triangle wave, step, pulse and charging and discharging five kinds of typical noise interference each10, we according to the code of the electromagnetic magnetotelluric sounding data quality evaluation, the earth electromagnetic measurement data time series is involved in a noise waveform and apparent resistivity curve-whether smooth continuous phase for conditions, to where the world of magnetotelluric sounding data selected, the selection of the quality evaluation for a class of time series data point, the basic contains no noise waveform and apparent resistivity curve of the smooth and continuous phase three data points most the experiment points data(B579、C3482、D1139), in the time domain by the experiment points add data extracted some noise data, to study the typical interference noise to magnetotelluric sounding apparent resistivity curve, coherence degrees-phase, signal-to-noise ratio and percentage different noise and typical noise to magnetotelluric sounding three sample rate of electric way, and the influence of the track.This paper through a lot of analysis, summarizes five kinds of typical noise in the time series of the characteristics and the spectrum characteristics, analyzed their magnetotelluric sounding of apparent resistivity curve, coherence degrees-phase and the influence law of the signal-to-noise ratio, and further discusses the five kinds of typical noise to magnetotelluric sounding data three sample rate of electric word and the influence law of the track.Through the above research, our detailed understanding of the five typical noise interference to magnetotelluric sounding the influence law of data, for we identify and eliminate noise interference, and laid a good foundation.
