On The Semilinear Elliptic Equations Of Electrostatic NEMS Devices

In this paper, we research a class of nonlinear elliptic equations with boundary valueproblem based on electrostatic Nano-electromechanical system. First, we will use upperand lower solution method study the existence of solutions and some properties of mini-mal solutions for the problem. Then, we will establish the existence of a second solutionby variational method in some conditions.
