Hangzhou City, who belongs to Zhejiang Province located northeast coast, is an important area of influence of high temperature disasters in China. The high temperature of disaster has seriously affected the production of the lives of Hangzhou residents, but also brought serious damage to social and economic development. With the interaction of urbanization and high temperature disasters in recent years, Hangzhou, frequent and continuted high-temperature disasters, urban areas of potential loss to society is hugely magnified.This article from the disasters of the high temperature formation, development and spread of hazard theory starting, select the appropriate disaster risk evaluation on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of high temperature climate in Hangzhou, with the ArcGIS spatial analysis techniques to achieve the space of all indicators overlay analysis, and usefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for spatial analysis to study the high temperature status of disaster risk, to final production, the1km×1km grid for the evaluation unit, Hangzhou, high-temperature disaster risk zoning map will eventually divided Hangzhou domain High Temperature Disaster, the second highest, medium, sub-low and low-level risk.The main findings are as follows:(1) where the northeastern plains of Hangzhou City, including the main city of Hangzhou, as well as most of the Riverside area, Riverside District, Yuhang District, Xiaoshan District, In this part of the densely populated, social production, as well as human activities, to some extent, reflect the high temperature intensifies the urban heat island effect, high temperature hazard high-risk areas. At the same time, the city most are high vulnerable areas, especially the main city of Hangzhou, Xiaoshan and Yuhang areas, convenient transportation and developed economy, population density, agricultural land and industrial and mining enterprises are concentrated, and therefore exposed to high temperature in disaster body potential vulnerability. In recent years, as the key areas of modern development in Hangzhou city, the residents’ activities concentrated, more investment in economic development investment and disaster prevention and mitigation, so these areas of disaster mitigation.(2) Hangzhou city high-temperature disaster risk zoning results show that, Sangcheng, Xiacheng, Gongshu, Jianggan, bingjiang areas are all in the high risk region; the middle part of Yuhang and Xiaoshan area and most of the northeastern in Xiaoshan are in the region high-temperature Disaster risk level is medium-high; the west part elevation areas are in the low risk region.(3) from Hangzhou global high value area of high temperature disaster risk is mainly concentrated in the lower elevations of the northeastern plains, Fuchun River, watershed, river along the river on both sides of the southwest valley, complex valleys, basins, etc.areas. Intensive valley cities and towns on both sides of the Fuchun River, watershed, river and along the river plain hilly highlands of low-lying plains, the water vapor is more abundant, prone to hot and humid hot weather in the summer, high temperature high hazard. Of Lin’an plain, the hinterland and basin often high temperatures, high temperature disasters, high-risk areas.
