The beta-l-4-endouglucanase (Eng) of Bacillus subtilis strain 115 can high efficently express in the periplasma of Escherichia coli. The maximum amount of periplasmic expression is up to 7.1g/L. The signal peptide belongs to the TypeⅡ, and SecB dependance by the analyses of biological information. And then, I proved that the chaprone SecB could bind with the pre-mature Eng by pull-down assay. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the TAT path way also involed in the tranportion of Eng by the tranforming TAT mutational stain.
