In this paper,we discuss the theoretical electromagnetic coupling constant gVPγth andη-η’ mixing angle in the light-cone QCD sum rule, the vector meson V=φ,ω,ρ,the pseudoscalar meson P=η,η’.In order to describe theη-η’ mixing system, we use the framework of the quark-flavor basis:θis the mixing angle, and use theω-φmixing:the mixing angleβ= 3.18°。In our work, we take into account of contributions of twist-2, twist-3 and twist-4 distribution amplititudes of the pseudoscalar meson, and the SU(3) flavor breaking effect. Finally,we gain the mixing angleθ= 39.3±2.3°and our result about coupling constant gVPγth from the QCD light-cone sum rule can largely fit the experimental value gVPγex from PDG Date.
