Cockroaches are the most successful insect in the earth, they are omnivorous insect. There are research indicate the cellulase that pruducted by the endogenic and protozoan have been found in the intestinal tract of cockroach, but it is still unknown that bacillary cellulase in the intestinal tract and the function and positional of them. As a result, researching the intestinal microorganisms of Cockroach have a important significance of exploring the multiformity and excavating the enzyme resources of intestinal microorganisms of the cockroach.we structure the16SrDNA structure of the intestinal tract of cockroach, exploring the multiformity of the intestinal tract of cockroach, order-checking of133sequence, and typing by the Mothur software, they are divided into73OTUs, and structure the phylogenetic tree by MEGA4software. All sequence are devided into Proteobacteria (46.5%), Bacteroidetes (31.9%), Firmicutes (18.8%), Fusobacterial (0.7%), and two OTUs include three sequences belong to Unclassified Bacteria (2.1%). we calculate that c=94.4%, the library have a good representation, H=4.28, it indicates that diversity of microorganism in intestinal tract is well, E=0.966, it indicate that the uniformity coefficient of the importance value of each variety is well.we structure the metagenome library of the intestinal tract of cockroach, the library includes15360clones, the average insert segment is5K, the storage capacity is0.0768G, through the screen of function flat, we get five β-glucosaccharase masculine clones and six CMCase masculine clones, it laying foundations for screening of the masculine clones, and analyze the multiformity of the enzyme in the intestinal tract of cockroach.
