In a word, whether the water level is scientific and accurate or not closely relates to the safety of people’s lives and properties.Consequently, a general method for water level division has been provided in"The river flow test specification"(GB50179-1993).However, this method has been losing its applicability as a result of the topographical variations between different geographical units and the constant construction of reservoir groups.It is very necessary to Redistribute the flow of each station’s water-level.According to the results,we can found it is not conform with the fact, especially after the construct of reservoirs on the Upper Yellow River area.For the influence of the regulation with reservoirs,the hydrometry and the hydrological forecast need us to study In-depth in the future.
