With the development of science and technology, human has a deeper understanding and exploration of the outer space. And the space biology was born based on this and the main research is force on the all kinds of space environment. Particularly is the influence to biology under space radiation environment and microgravity. For the fly to low earth orbit, the microgravity has important influence for the biology that lives in the near earth orbit for long-time especially for human being. In addition, the influencing factor is not only the microgravity but also the super gravity in the phases of aircraft taking off and back.The different gravity environment during the flight in the space has different effect on the growth of biology and it becomes one of the cutting-edge scientific problems in space biology.The main experimental material is drosophila melanogaster and through biaxial clinostat and biological super gravity centrifuge to imitate the biological effect under microgravity and super gravity. This test selects the microgravity,3g super gravity and 5g super gravity as the different treatment conditions. Moreover, explore the speed of into pupae, development rate, and fertility as well as the change of life physiological indexes in different gravity conditions. Furthermore, through RT-PCR, research and analyze the gene expression of drosophila melanogaster development. And the detection of genes includes caspase-1, p53 as well as DRONC.The experimental result indicates that both microgravity and super gravity have no effect on the pupating rate and fertility. In addition, they have obvious effect on advance the development rate of drosophila melanogaster in the adult pupa stage. And for the microgravity,3g super gravity and 5g super gravity the advanced rate is 9.9%,14.80% and 13.40%. However, under these three situations, there is little effect on the feather development. These three different treatment conditions all significantly extend the lifetime of drosophila melanogaster. Furthermore, under these three different gravity processing conditions, the p53 gene shows a decrease trend and DRONC gene indicates an increase trend. Also, drosophila melanogaster illustrates an increase trend of caspase-1 after super gravity processing. On the contrary, there is no obvious change after microgravity processing.
