Nowadays, with the rapid development of life science, genomics and bioinformaticshave become important disciplines in this field. Bioinformatics is a subject which obtainsthe information of molecule biology, takes mathematics as a tool, uses the computertechnology, and study a scientific research of biological information. In recent years, theirresearches are focused on the gene with the rise of the level of computer technology,especially on gene evolution, gene variation and gene function. The article is concentratedon the evolution analysis of Takeout gene family and comparing the gene variation withJHBP gene family. With the first Takeout gene sequences which are found in Drosophilamelanogaster, we can identify the Takeout gene sequences of other homologous species byBLAST, and determine the whole Takeout gene family and sequence information. At thesame time, we also characterize Takeout genes by the Motif of the primary structure, thesecondary structure and the tertiary structure. Then we make phylogenetic and molecularevolution analysis of Takeout gene family, including the further phylogenetic analysis ofthe12sequenced genome of Drosophila. We compare the variation between the Takeoutfamily and JHBP gene family. We can draw the conclusion that Takeout gene family is animportant new gene family related with the schedule, feeding, and development processesin arthropods, and it is divided into two major subfamilies during the long-termevolutionary process. Furthermore, Pediculus humanus corporis and Bombyx mori haveonly one subfamily.
