In recent years, the array electromagnetic propagated resistivity logging (EPRL)tools with several mega-hertz operation frequency has become an important means ofexploring resistivity distribution of oil-impregnated zone in invaded profile. But forobtaining a fine interpretation on resistivity distribution of invasion profile, we musthave to recourse the inversion of the array propagation resistivity logging data.Because of the array of EPRL logging data inversion problem has strong nonlinear andmultiple values, this paper aims to be cultural algorithm and differential algorithmcomposed of the hybrid algorithm is applied to the inverse problem of electromagneticpropagation resistivity logging.First, introduced the culture algorithm principle, frame. Around the culturalalgorithm double-layer structure namely population space (micro-evolutionary lever)and belief space (macro-evolutionary level) are introduced in detail. According to thespecific application of cultural algorithms are discussed in detail.Secondly, introduces in detail the function of each part of the cultural algorithm,and applied to solve unconstrained optimization problems, comparison with geneticalgorithm can obtain a better results, and then the culture algorithm is introducedbased on evolutionary programming, constrained optimization equation tests,demonstrated the cultural algorithm can use in the evolution process of all kinds ofknowledge to speed up the algorithm convergence.Again, based on cultural algorithm and differential evolution algorithm of CDE,The differential algorithm is introduced into the population space of the evolutionaryprocess, increase of CDE algorithm evolutionary processes in the populationknowledge dynamic acquisition, the knowledge accelerates the population spaceindividual fast convergence.Finally, the proposed CDE algorithm was used to the well logging data inversionprocessing. Simulation of well logging data inversion results show, CDE hybridalgorithm has good convergence and efficiency, is a very good solve EPRL dataprocessing and inversion method.
