The variety of rocks’ structure and inscape leads to their great complexity, atthe same time, the drilling production is changing all the time. There are manyfactors which is influencing us in the progress of drilling production, so thedrilling production will become a more and more complex process. In the progressof drilling, in order to make the production safer, with high quality, highefficiency and low cost, we should not only optimize the technique and analyzethe real time information of every parameter which has been gathered in theproduction, but also tune up the technique timely and effectively according to thevariety of parameters. In this process, the real time acquisition and the data’stransmission of the drilling data is one of the key technologies in the progress ofmonitoring and control drilling. In view of the disadvantage of wire transmission, existing in the drilling ofunderground workplace in the coal mine. We carry through the in depth researchof wireless transmission system based on penetrable parameters of acoustic theory.Based on the transmission principle analysis of sound wave, the structuralcharacteristics analysis of drill pipe and propagation property analysis of soundtransmission in steel pipe, we build the data transfer propagation model oflongitudinal wave. We determine the carrier wave which is suitable for thetransmission signal. We adopt the2FSK technology and an error control codingtechnology positive and negative coding, keeping in mind the characteristics ofdrill pipe and the embedded coal mine data, in order to deal with the data which isattained in the progress of. We have structured the wireless transmission system ofacoustic parameters in the well logging while drilling. We have designed thewireless transmission system which is including the acoustic transmitter module, the sound receiver module, power module and communication module. The most important modules are the transmitter and receiver module. The acoustictransmitter module mainly includes ultrasonic transducer, multivibrator circuit, power amplifier and transformer. The sound receiver module mainly consists ofpreamplifier circuit, band pass amplifier circuit and the final amplifier circuit. Atlast, we simulate the designed modules in the Multisim software environment.Through the physical experiment in the laboratory and the Labview softwareanalysis, the rationality of comb filter is validated.
