Ocean thermal energy has advantages of large reserves、resource renewable、day and night no fluctuation、clean and pollution-free, beside using of electricity generating, it also can be used to some subsidiary development of air conditioner refrigeration、 aquatic production and plant cultivation、ocean chemical engineering and desalination of seawater, etc. It is generally considered as the most development valued and potential ocean material. The exploitation of ocean thermal energy resources not only can reduce the pressure of energy resources in our country,but also can adjust the energy resource structure and environment protection. At present, our country has seldom study to this field, this article will give a general summarize to principle、option and system installation of the OTEC, also give a detailed instruction to circulating system of OTEC including both advantage and disadvantage.The assignment of this article is optimizing and studying of temperature rating in the Uehara cycle system of OTEC, in order to offer more reference in the future design and operation of OTEC. Uehara cycle uses ammonia-water mixtures as working medium. The thermal physical property of ammonia-water mixtures has direct influence to the system thermal efficiency and reliability of result, so the property of ammonia-water mixtures is based on analyzing and studying this article. This article has generally studied to the calculation program of main system and the program of ammonia-water thermal physical property, also has comparation and analyse to the result of the ammonia-water physical property, in order to certify the reliability of programs.This article confirms calculation parameters of Uehara system, including:the import and export temperature of the warm sea water, the inlet pressure of turbine, ammonia quality score of the basic solution mixtures, the sukingrate quantity of the regenerative extraction cycle and exit temperature of the working medium in condenser, and has calculated those results, including:the heat efficiency of Uehara cycle, the heat transfer quality of evaporator, the flow quality of working medium, the flow quality of warm sea water, the flow quality of cool sea water and the heat transfer quality of condensator.This article has designed and selected various component of Uehara cycle, also has theory analysis to physical model of the experiment system. Selected corresponding relevance in process of design calculation, by means of programmed calculation, made analysis to following issues:1. Influence of lukewarm sea water temperature change to the circulation system;2. Influence of cool sea water temprature chance to system;3. Influence of sea flow quality to system;4. Influence of turbine import pressure to system;5. Influence of suckingrate to system,ect.
