| Since the reform and opening up, more than30years have passed by. In consensus with theunremitting refining of the financial reform and booming of financial industry, the significance ofthe position taken by the bank is ever increasing in the entire national economy and social life.Meanwhile, China's banking industry is in a critical period of reform and development. More newideas come in and dynamic interactions of various trends appear, everyone is inevitably affected bythe impact of negative factors. Facing the new situation, the carry out of ideological and politicalwork in the banking industry is strongly linked to the promotion of China's rapid economicdevelopment. Therefore, to explore the ideological and political innovation and to probe in theinternal law of development of the banking industry play an important role in not only theharmonious development of material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization, butalso enjoy specific significance to the prosperity of the discipline of ideological and politicaleducation.In this thesis, the basic principles of Marxism are applied as a guide to study the ideologicaleducation of China's banking industry through the research combined with literature data. The firstpart explores the practical significance and innovation of this research. The status quo of theideological and political work, the innovative work on the importance of ideological and politicalwork, the three aspects of the innovative principles of ideological and political work in China'sbanking industry are analysed and highlighted in the second, third and fourth parts. The fifth part atfirst points out the objectives and principles of ideological and political work of innovation in thebanking sector, and then proposes advices and suggestions from the five aspects including concept,content, methods, vectors and mechanisms to help and guide the innovation of ideological andpolitical work in China's banking industry. |
