Coal industry is the pillar industry of Shanxi province. So it is important to provide the sufficient coal and coal related products by macroscopical market control mechanism and advanced equipment in coal integration development. It is very meanful to comprehensively utilize the waste and restore the ecological environment. Shanxi province is appointed as one of the three circular economy pilot province of Statistics by the national development and reform commission and the national bureau of statistics since2010.
