And use of measuring economic theory to2008to2011years of interest rateand exchange rate of the latest data investigation, that Chinese interest rate policy andexchange rate policy in the process of implementing still full of contradictions and conflicts,and analyses the reasons and puts forward the improvement this conflicts of measures.
