The Research On Price Volatility Of Non-ferrous Metals In World Market

China is the world's largest emerging economic entity and also the world's non-ferrous metalproduction and consumption country. In this century, non-ferrous metals prices volatility of theinternational market is constantly increasing, meanwhile, the wave frequency gradually accelerated.Therefore, the understanding of non-ferrous metals prices changes is important to reduce the negativeimpact of non-ferrous metals price volatility of the international market as well as to enhance the corecompetitiveness of non-ferrous metal enterprises.This paper focuses on the study of factors of nonferrous metals prices in international marketinfluence. Firstly the paper summarized the impact of non-ferrous metals price volatility factors asresource properties influencing factors, product attributes affect the properties of factors and financialimpact factor. Factors of the three properties which based on the early stage literature research ofrelevant international market non-ferrous metal fluctuations and the development of the non-ferrousmetals. And then the author tried to find out the channels of the property factor of non-ferrous metalprices, through the integrated use of normative analysis and empirical analysis method in the establishedresearch scope. Here draws conclusions of the factors and fluctuations in the price based on the modelof the classical theory. Finally, the author analyzed and forecasted the trend of the property factor underthe influence of non-ferrous metal price fluctuations.Through the study of influence fluctuation of the three categories of attribute factors, we found thatthe dominant attributes of the non-ferrous metal price of the international market differ from differenttime span perspective. Accordingly, the paper boldly put forward a model of three property ofnon-ferrous metals price volatility which also acts as a theoretical guidance. In order to deal with theinternational market price fluctuation non-ferrous metal, the Chinese government should construct acomprehensive and efficient financial market and expand the strategic layout system based onnon-ferrous metal industry gradually.
