From2009to2010, due to a series of the major parts problems(accelerator pedal, electric steering system), Toyota had continuously recalled nearly10million vehicles all over the world, setting a Guinness record in the world vehicle recall history. The Toyota "Recall Incident" has shocked the world.First of all, we reviewed the literature on the mechanism of product quality risk conduction of the vehicle industry, and found that even the research on the risk management began very early, and is also very thorough, but there exists little specific research on the action, conduction, prevention and control of product quality risk in vehicle industry. So this thesis focuses on the product quality risk conduction mechanism and its countenneasures in the vehicle industry.Secondly, this thesis expounded the concept of product quality risk in vehicle industry and analyzed its features and categories. After that, we elaborated the formation process and action mechanism of product quality risk in vehicle industry.Again, we studied the product quality risk conduction mechanism in vehicle industry from the factor and path of risk conduction. On this basis, we set up the countermeasures to deal with the conduction of product quality risk in vehicle industry which is also the product quality risk management in vehicle industry.Finally, we take W company as an example to expound the application of quality risk management in vehicle industry.The main conclusions are:(1) defined the concept of product quality risk in vehicle industry, which is the uncertainty of loss brought by the differences between expected quality and actual quality.(2) in accordance with the formation of vehicle quality, we combed the incentives of vehicle quality risk in R&D stage, parts procurement stage, manufacturing stage and service stage, and also analyzed the formation process of vehicle quality risk.(3) the conduction process of product quality risk in vehicle industry includes four main elements, which are source of risk, conduction carrier, conduction node and risk recipients. The conduction carier of vehicle quality risk includes material carrier, technical carrier, human carrier and information carrier. There are four kinds of conduction paths of vehicle quality risk such as chain path, radiation path, centralized path and interactive path.(4) the process of product quality risk management in vehicle industry in turn are risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk review. In the end of this thesis, we offered an application of FMEA in the manufacturing and quality verification phase, indicating its important role in risk management in vehicle industry. |
