Base on their strengths and experience, H Group eventually target on the "blue ocean" named multiple loyalty program or general integral.This paper studies the development of multiple loyalty program at home and abroad, makes a analysis of the domestic integration market capacity, researches consumer demand, then more positive about the development direction of new business.Based on the research and analysis, basis of H Group own advantages, this article give the general points business a clear overall vision and market positioning, design innovative business model, combing the critical business processes, management mechanisms, marketing strategy, stage of development, etc. Ultimately, made a pre-conceived for risks and preventive measures of the business.
