| The purpose of this paper are to explore the reference of the U.S by the regulatory analysis of pipeline transportation in the United States and current pipeline regulatory status in our country. It can provide guidance for the future development of our country pipeline transportation. The methods applied in the text is a comparative analysis.It points out that pipeline transportation our country must have an important role in the future. The second chapter introduces the pipeline status of the current development status of China's pipeline. The third chapter analyzes the economic regulation of pipeline transportation in the United States, and it is the core chapters of this paper. In order to analyze the economic regulation of pipeline transportation in American, the paper analyzes market structure, regulatory bodies, market access and price control. The article conduct detailed analysis of the development of the economic regulation of pipeline transportation in the United States, the economic point of view of the current regulatory and regulatory measures in this paragraph. In the fourth paragraph, the paper summarizes the U.S. pipeline transportation safety regulators in the regulatory model, regulatory legislation and the specific regulatory measures. The fifth paragraph summarized the contents of the first four of passage and it proposed a U.S. pipeline regulatory significance in China. Chapter VI is the conclusion portion of the article.We can draw the following conclusions by the analysis above all.the government should gradually break the current pattern of vertical integration in the pipeline transportation and introduce competition in the upstream of oil and gas pipeline transportation industry and use contract carriage in pipeline transportation and take two charges system to charge in economic regulation. The government should speed up the legislation of the relevant laws and regulations, and must do more clearly define in authority and responsibility about the safety regulation. |
