Study On The Software Pricing Method——based On The Cost Estimation Model COCOMO

In this paper is to introduce the software cost estimation models and software pricing methods. This paper describes the software industry used three pricing methods, the cost approach, income approach and market approach, and the three pricing methods were compared and analyzed. Through the analysis of the software cost estimation model at home and abroad, we can find the foreign software industry earlier, and have more models, but the domestic late start, and there is no specific cost estimation model. The majority of the domestic models considered our software characteristics to progress the amendment on the basis of the foreign models, in order to estimate the cost of our software.At present, the most widely used software cost estimation model is the COCOMO model, the model has been proposed since the1980s, and gradually improve and perfect, but the model's consideration factor is the impact factors under the prevailing circumstances. On the basis of considering China's software industry development status and software talents, as well as the actual situation, we can amend the actual cost drivers and the parameters in COCOMO model to China's software industry characteristics.Finally, we selected the CVIC audit software C6.01, and use the software-related data to make the software cost estimation. On the basis of the COCOMO II model and revised COCOMO II model, we evaluate the software C6.01by the cost method, and ultimately obtained the value of different models to estimate software, and the results were compared.
