Research On The Relationship Between Land And Regional Economic Growth In Transitional Economy

Land utilization appears with the birth of human being and evolves with the social development and technological progress. It is important for economic growth that optimizing land resources allocation, because of the lack of land resource. Chinese transitional economy has made great progress during the last more than thirty years,but transition is far from success. Based on the underground of transitional economy in China, this paper researched on the relationship between land and economic growth in transitional economy.The thesis mainly includes following two aspects. The contribution measuring of land as a production factor input to economic growth, and the analying of land as tools of government action to economic growth. The first part, based on statistical data, this paper estimates the contribution of industrial land to industrial economic of Zhejiang Province. The second part, this paper analyzes government actions impact on the relationship between land and regional economic growth in transitional economy. Governmental Behavior has positive effects, but also has some serious negative effects. Overall, land plays an important role in promoting economic growth.In this paper, to take theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, form the perspective of the mode of action between land and regional economic growth to study the deep-seated problem of resons, to the relationship between land and regional economic growth of the mechanism to make more reasonable explanation and demonstration.
