Logistic Park is a necessity consequence of the district economy and the development of modern logistics. It is also the concomitant of district economy's industrial cluster and the manifestation of industrial cluster's spatial agglomeration. With the development of modern logistics'theories and practices, Logistics park planning and construction is being as a vital impetus for accelerating the development of logistics industry and district economy; it is the sally port for modern logistics development.It needs to invest a lot of land and capital. If we don't make a scientific and reasonable planning, it will have a severe risk. Although foreigner have successful experience in the construction of logistic park, it also exist big risk if we do not take the national and regional diversity into consideration and copy and apply its experience to china's logistic park construction. Therefore how to combine the real situation and explore a logistics park planning which accords with the reality of Regional economic industry development and Logistics Demand are of great realistic significance.This paper studies the integrate logistic park planning of Luoxi,Changzhou, on the basis of the logistics park development's experience and the logistics park planning theory and combines with the reality of social and economic development in Changzhou and mainly carry out discussion and research to development environment,logistics demand analysis,function layout,information system and business model of logistics development and so on. This paper, by way of quantitative and qualitative analysis, establishes a forecast model for measuring and calculating the future logistics demand of Changzhou as well as propounds suggestions for the Planning and Construction,development orientation of the integrate logistic park of Changzhou. |
