With the aggravation of the market competition, especially with the development of the heterogeneous substitutes and the homogeneous competition,Communication carriers are facing a more stern market environment,relying solely on a single business preferential price has been difficult to achieve competitive advantage.For the full business advantage, effective competition, to promote business , China Netcom launched the "family 1+" brand in 2005,the pian is for the center city, the county family public customers,to satisfy the different communication service needs family .In six elements of the integration of telecommunication products,united charging design is the best embodiment of operators marketing work. Is also one of the important differences between telecommunications products and the variety of business combination.The charging plan is the most challenging aspect in telecommunication product development work. Once the communication carriers has made it done, the other competitors can hardly imitate it in a short time.Charging is a systemic thing,we should pay attention to the coordination between the business element and service element ,and what the target customer needs,preferential charging and award giving,and so on.Marketing management is a very important part for communication carriers,how to make the Project management useful in this field,make marketing in good condition.Finish it in time,with the limited money.Make it into market in time and make sure it will be good enough,is the most important thing to Communication carriers.Marketing is resource suing and management.This text analyzed Project management and the "family 1+" made by China Netcom,and made some conclusions.On that condition we can build a new kind of marketing plan,which can help communication carriers get important dates and make them be more powerful in the market competition.
