Analysis Of Multinational Sole Proprietorship

Multinational corporations in Jiangsu has experienced three stages of the process, from initial stage to the rapid development stage, to the steady increase in the proportion of owned enterprises stage, and this trend is more prominent recently that sole patterns have become MNCs'most important way of investment choices in Jiangsu. Actually since 1997 Jiangsu's utilization of FDI which accounted for solely has been higher than the proportion of the country's sole level, and to 1999, the actual utilization of FDI enterprises in Jiangsu moding in joint venture was surpassed by the sole characteristics, the trend has been maintained. Owned trend in China is more and more obvious which could not leave the factors such as China owned economic and social environment of continuous improvement. As different investment environment in China, the pace that wholly-owned multinationals choosing are inconsistent. Therefore, only from the perspective of China's overall trend of MNCs owned investment environment as above average in the selected provinces in the study is limited. Besides, Jiangsu province's investment environment is better than most of other provinces, especially the separately owned multinational study of trends in Jiangsu and the relationship between environmental factors are more realistic and representative, which makes this paper more theoretical and practical.From the perspective of environmental factors in the macro investment area, the paper firstly introduces the related literature of transnational corporations and sole theoretical foundations in China and Jiangsu province phases of development briefly, and then introduces the impact of transnational corporations owned factors in the framework of theoretical and empirical perspective, based on the investment environment in Jiangsu province which is divided into six categories that are openness, market, market characteristics, factor costs, legal considerations and industrial infrastructures, government policies ,education, technological factors. Then we use SPSS to extract the two principal institutional policy factors. After analyses, the changes in the investment environment in Jiangsu owned and multinational companies indicate close links. In order to determine the specific impact of a wholly-owned trend indicators of investment climate factors to establish the regression equation, and the trend of these factors on the sole of a brief analysis, which concludes hat the optimization of investment environment can promote the wholly-owned corporations, in case of this, we make some suggestions from the perspectives of the government.
