Research On Investment Flow,Industrial Structure Change And Economic Growth In Dynamic Analysis

Industrial structure is ever-present issues of concern around the world, but also the debating topic in economic circles, of course, is no exception in China. China's economy since the founding of New China, has been subject to structural imbalance problems, and especially at the time our country economy is undergoing a critical period of structure alteration and industrial restructuring, structure alteration and structure upgrading has become a major and urgent economic problems. It has a direct impact on the future of China's rapid economic development to the effectiveness and sustainability, and impact on the core competitiveness of China's economy. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the industrial structure change and economic growth, can help indicate the direction of China's industrial structure alteration, and help China's government departments to develop and implement industrial policies, so it is of great practical significance.This paper mainly studies the dynamic relationship between the investment flow,industrial structure change and economic growth, under the investment conduction circulation. This article first builds up the model of the dynamic relationship between the industrial structure change and economic growth through dynamic expansion by introduction of time factor, based on the investment functional mechanism in the industrial structure change, combined the expansion of type of the neoclassical growth model. Based on the model, we study the impact of structure rationalization and structure advancement to the economic growth, and study the impact of three industries structure change to the economic growth by empirical analysis. Finally, according this study, we propose some policy recommendations, and sent two prospects to further improve.
