Research On The Performance Of Technological Innovation Platform Based On Network

At present, the Technology Innovation Policy has become a significant way to promote innovation, and the Technological Innovation Platform has become popular because of its integration of resources and policy orientation. It is the force to find the way enhancing the performance of the Technological Innovation Platform. Studying the theory of Alliance Network and innovation platform firstly, we use the example of Zhejiang Technology & Service Platform of New Drug Innovation to exploratory how the structure and the relationship of platform affect the performance at the perspective of alliance network. We then study empirically the structure of platform's direct influence and the moderating role of the relationship inner platform.The empirical research shows that:(1) the ability of member and the intensity relationship in platform have a positive influence on innovation, while the scale and the heterogeneity have negative effect;(2)the trust strengthens the negative effect of heterogeneity and weakens the positive influence; while the effect of ability of members and the intensity relationship shows more significant when the compatibility increased.In the end of the paper, implications for the Technological Innovation Platform are discussed based on the findings of empirical research.
