For a long time the actual conditions of our country in general use foreign capital has been growing rapidly,and has a pivotal role on the economic growth.Although since 2005,China's utilization of foreign capital is over a rapid growth stage, entered the smooth and low growth stage, at present our country is in the key period of economic transformation, how to promote foreign direct investment structure optimization, reasonable, as a whole tends to the use of foreign, realize the interaction between foreign and fusion development is particularly important.This paper defines the foreign and domestic and foreign fusion is to point to reach a win-win interaction, the state of development and summarizes the 4 models of foreign fusion. And then analyzes the operation condition of the program. Then, this paper introduces the model, the introduction of unit root stationarity test, cointegration test and granger causality test and empirical methods and theory and detailed data presented in this paper and the selection of treatment. Finally, this paper based on the national level, three industries, the three regions and in the provinces and cities of FDI stock and the social fixed assets investment stock the empirical analysis, by means of the regression equation analysis of FDI packed the extrusion, and according to Granger causality test FDI stock analysis and domestic capital stock mutual relations. The results show that: the countrywide FDI packed into domestic capital, but both nonexistent interaction between the development of fusion relations; Is the industrial structure and regional structure is concerned, in the second industry, the central area and some provinces and cities and realize the win-win long-term foreign.
