Innovative enterprises of china are speeding development, and the government gives more and more attention on them, especially on inputting money and relationship. Nowadays, our innovative enterprises have got the great achievement, but just a little relate to the aboard. Because of the limitation of energy, extensive growth mode is no longer adapt to the current development of the situation, we must open up new perspectives to study the innovative capability, which substantially enhance the ability to achieve the purpose of innovation.This article attempts to integrate the perspective of corporate culture to study the innovative enterprises'innovation capability. Basing on domestic and foreign research on innovative enterprises, corporate innovation capability, corporate culture, and the relationship between corporate innovation capability and corporate culture, this paper try to build the model of affecting factors of the two variables. And then, through empirical analysis by collecting data to further build corporate culture on business model innovation of mechanism, then give the final recommendations. Indicators will be regression analysis by corporate culture and business of the indicators of innovation, and come into the following conclusions:Firstly, sub-culture through the impact factor values of innovation and enterprise innovation resource input capacity and marketing capacity to affect innovation;Secondly, sub-factor innovation and enterprise culture atmosphere by influencing the R&D, innovation and resources into capabilities, collaboration, production, marketing capabilities, and social benefits to influence the innovative capability;Thirdly, sub-culture factors affecting R&D capability through entrepreneurship, collaboration capabilities and capacity to influence corporate innovation. |
