Interactive Relationship Between The Government And Large Enterprises Explore

Under the background of gradual improvement of China market economy and steady development of political system, the relationship between large enterprises and the government will greatly influence the further development of different kinds of reform. Based on Lenovo Group, this paper studies the problem of the relationship between the government and large enterprises, elaborates the basic theories of government and enterprise, and analyzes the interactive effect between government and large enterprises. The large enterprises can undertake social responsibilities, optimize the industrial structure, upgrade the overall competition ability, and standardize the government behavior. The government can provide the large enterprises with a good legal environment, promote the innovation, create favorable financing environment, and broaden the development space. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to further standardize the relationship between government and large enterprises from the aspects of perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, limiting the scope of government function, standardize the management system of large enterprises, prospering social intermediary organization, drawing lessons from developed country, and etc.
