The communication companies are always disputed by consumers. The communication marketing has been changed from monopoly to competition. China Telecom as the first communication company in the trade is always at the forefront of the innovation. The tremendous change in the communication trade compelled the transformation of China Telecom. It is more important to establish the marketing channels. When in the monopolistic time, it's no need to spend time in the marketing channel. The only work to the communication company is maintaining the communication network safe. But in the competition trade, the company will lose the marketing without the marketing channel.PuJiang Telecom Bureau belongs to the China Telecom Corporation Xinmin District Telecom Office. It's the duty to keep the communication network safe and generalize the production. Because of the system of China Telecom, the marketing team can't meet the need of the growing communication network. The article will analyze the actualities in the marketing channel in PuJiang Telecom Bureau as the management. It's based on the channel design system. The system involved how to select the members of the marketing channel and how to control it.
