Powder coatings is a kind of rising environmental paint, which have less pollution and high-usage, it's particularly important as we have to focus on the environment issues and that's why it can be developed rapidly since the end of last century. As today, there is no doubt to intensify the management for quality and improve the product which could make the enterprise in the intense market competition as domestic powder coating market competition has become increasingly intensified.SW is a exclusively foreign-owned company focused on painting made and powder coatings is a branch of SW's business. Yet quality is also an important factor of enterprise development, so there is no time to delay to implement the TQM.This article proceed from the actual conditions of SW company, with the domestic and foreign development status of powder coating as the background then contrapose the problems analysis.
