For China, a large developing country, the FDI boost the economy is obvious. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the national strength, China's enterprises have the strength to go abroad have better access to international markets, international resources, so that China's economy further into the world economy. However, in the global economy and rising levels of regional economic cooperation in the context of China's enterprises face a new international environment, the face of ever-chunging international situation, in the face of strong competitors, in the resources sector on how better to carry out foreign direct investment, thereby promoting greater domestic economic development, enhance our business position in the international arena, we have to look into.Meanwhile, China's rapid economic development makes the increasing demand for resources, China's resource supply and demand is constantly rising. In recent years, companies continue to increase foreign direct investment-based access to resources, and achieved good results. However, compared with Europe and other developed countries, five countries of Central Asia, the scale of investment, the investment process and so there is a big gap. Identify the five Central Asian countries of China's enterprises to investment problems, increased investment, needs to solve the country's resources, has a great effect.Paper in foreign direct investment based on the theory, focusing on analysis of the investment status of enterprises in Central Asia, the practice patterns and problems, through a combination of theory and case made for the current problems of policy proposals. Based on this idea, the paper content through the following five major parts in more detail.Chapter 1, Introduction. This section analyzes the background, meaning, domestic and international research review, the contents of this paper and the frame structure.Chapter 2, Theories of foreign direct investment. This section of the traditional theory of foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment in developing the theory are described and analyzed, as discussed later lay the theoretical foundation. Chapter 3, Investment Motives Analysis. This section analyzes the motivation of the resources of China's enterprises in the field of direct investment in the five countries of Central Asia. Compared to our neighboring countries, five Central Asian countries rich in oil and gas reserves, especially Turkmenistan's natural gas resources, as of the end of 2010, its proved reserves of 8 trillion cubic meters, accounting for 4.3% of the world's total reserves, among the fourth in the world, after Russia, Iran and Qatar. Moreover, the five Central Asian countries compared with our country bordering the location, the transportation costs of resource low. China and Central Asian oil and natural gas pipeline built, connected to the inland of China's ties with the Middle East, and Russia's increasingly close ties.Chapter 4, analysis of the investment status, investment mode and the problem. Section 1 describes the status of corporate investment in China, the overall scale of investment and investment distribution. Section 2 elaborate the investment mode, mainly the new establishment investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and international project contracting. Section 3 is a case study, through the introduction of the case, while point out that cross-border mergers and acquisitions have become the five Central Asian countries of China's business-to-resource-based direct investment in a major way. Section 4 points out the problems of China's enterprises investment, through the investment status, practice patterns analysis, and case analysis to identify issues that affect investment.Chapter 5, Policy Proposals. According to previous analysis in this chapter out of the question, from two dimensions of government and business solutions to this problem proposed. Five Central Asian countries of China's business-type resources for direct investment in the use of strategic alliances, is an innovative point of this paper.
