Research On Environmental Carrying Capacity Of Sustainable Economic Development

With the continuous improvement of productivity caused by sustained rapid economic growth, human material at an unprecedented pace, the production and consumption activities overload caused by a series of ecological and environmental problems have been serious damage to man and nature balance, resources dropped, environmental pollution caused by increasing environmental imbalances, environmental carrying capacity has been unable to support the human economy continues to expect growth. At this stage, China is in the accelerated development of urbanization and industrialization, an important period, how to balance environmental resources system and the relationship between socio-economic system, the real capacity to achieve the ideal environment for sustainable economic development under a hot and difficult academic.In this paper, Dalian City, the first environmental carrying capacity of the research background and main points are reviewed at home and abroad; then introduced the concept of environmental carrying capacity related to the content and nature of economic and social situation of Dalian; this article focuses on a single Dalian elements of the environmental carrying capacity and environmental carrying capacity for a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of detailed calculations to select the atmospheric environment, water environment, land environment, the three basic environmental elements of the Dalian Environmental assessment of the status of capacity analysis, and then built on this basis integrated environmental carrying capacity of Dalian indicator system, the water environment, atmospheric environment, land environment and other environmental indicators under the four level selected 14 secondary indicators, the use of AHP in Dalian integrated environment between 2004-2009 capacity index trend analysis and evaluation; Finally, according to the environmental carrying capacity of Dalian City, the actual situation, sustainable economic development of Dalian City, recommendations and countermeasures.
