People's attention to corporate social responsibility in business on their own was from the social problems and hazards caused by development.In the late 19th and early 20th century, Western-oriented enterprises are moving in the direction of the giant. It resulted many social problems such as sharp drop in the stock of resources, ecological environment deteriorated sharply, the capitalist exploitating of workers, consumers becoming weak community. So people raised he discontent of enterprises, leading to the West corporate social responsibility movement. China's research on corporate social responsibility emerged in the 1990s, although these research of the social responsibility was from foreign ideas, but it combines the strategy of sustainable development, building a harmonious society with Chinese characteristics.In response to the increasingly fierce international competition, healthy development of enterprise and national economy, the community has beenmade efforts to promote corporate social responsibility.These social and public events such as the "melamine" incident of Sanlu milk powder, Foxconn jumped, Dalian Fujia PX project, Ajisen Ramen and the blending of Shanxi Mature Vinegar events and "waste oil incident" recently circulated to almost everyone of attention. So the issue of corporate social responsibility has become the focus of public discussion. But company is more concerned about what impact social responsibility will arise,if it would be their own survival and development,a simple increase their financial burden, or will lead to long-term interests of business and society in order to achieve a win-win. The global economy from the financial crisis of 2008 to the current debt crisis the EU appears, has been in the not optimistic situation. Chinese enterprises are more concerned about in the global economy under the impact of environmental degradation to survive and develop, maintain steady growth. Growth is not only a measure of financial performance, but also a relatively long-term targets, increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Enterprise as a social organization need close attention to solve social problems, linking their own development with various stakeholders both internal and external, take the social responsibility and make the enterprise itself healthy growth. This paper is based on this thinking of corporate social responsibility and business growth.This paper is divided into five chapters, the specific content as follows:The first chapter is the Introduction. Based on the Background in analysis and research significance it is proposed that the content of this research, research methods, logical structure.The second chapter is the review of corporate social responsibility and business growth of research literature review. The first study of this paper is to define the concept of corporate social responsibility and social responsibility and international scholars on the evaluation of the literature reviewed. Secondly, it is the study of business growth evaluation of representative literature summary. Last, by review study abroad at different stages of corporate social responsibility and business growth of representative literature, to summarize its findings and summary and reveal the problems and deficiencies of previous studies.The third chapter is to design the Empirical mode of corporate social responsibility and business growth.This section was based on the theory described in the second Chapter to put forward hypotheses, using the classification of stakeholders selected indicators of corporate social responsibility to build the independent variables,using the factor analysis to arrive at the sample's growth index as the dependent variable. Empirical model is to study the relationship of corporate social responsibility and the business growth. Finally, we illustrate the source of the sample data and screening results.Chapter IV is to test the empirical about the relationship of corporate social responsibility and business growth. Based on empirical research in the third chapter, analyse the variables'correlation and use multiple linear regression model to test and analyse the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the growth of corporate.Chapter V is about the conclusions and policy recommendations. This chapter first summarizes the results of this study and, points out the problems and limitations of the study and concludes the future research direction and corresponding policy recommendations.In this paper, we explore how the corporate social responsibility impact on business growth on the benefits of shareholders, creditors, suppliers, consumers, employees, government, community and environment. We will conclude that fulfilling social responsibility will produce positive incentives on business growth.
