As only financial product in the selecting, the credit card has been demonstrated that it has an ability of changing people's live. It is in 1950 that the first credit card was born in the United States of America, in 1985 the first assured credit card was born in China. In 2009, a hundred eighty million credit cards were issued in China, the size of payment broke three hundred fifty million RMB. By payment and consumer credit service the credit card deeply inflected consumer culture, life style, construcomture and soon on. Credit card has more deep relationship with the progress of science and economy than other financial product. When the Internet Economy has been hot point of world economy, we should enforce the credit card industry research in internet time. The research advantages that Chinese credit card industry improve competition capacity and grow up.This paper first give an overall instruction of the Internet Economic and the credit card industry in and out China in chapter one. Through the progress of science technology and ideology probed into the internet economy how to produce and grow up. In this chapter, on the credit card industry is determined according to the international and domestic industry classification standard to carry on the preliminary discussion, on the domestic credit card industry four class activities are introduced.In second chapter, through broad and narrow sense two conceptual elaboration, summarized the main research results of theory circle, with its own research and understandable summary of network economy has seven characteristics:the core of knowledge information, transaction type direct, fast, external economy, sustainable development, operation global, individual participation, on these characteristics is analyzed. On the basis of previous studies on the credit card industry in network economy characteristics (network externalities, bilateral market characteristics, increasing marginal benefit, decreasing marginal cost) is discussed. In chapter three, The third chapter focuses on the network economy on the impact of the credit card industry undertook qualitative analysis. The background of network economy, social consumption market, trading mode, means of payment, credit consumption has changed, these changes and the factors determining the credit card industry market size, business management, channel change, risk management, this paper on these changes and adjustments for the systematic analysis..The fourth chapter is based on the two basic functions of credit card design two products:credit card installment payment of e-commerce platform, the credit card network application platform. With the development of network economy, a lot of domestic financial institutions will be the traditional business on the Internet, through the use of information technology and computer technology achievements to realize the virtual Internet banking and traditional business of the parallel. Part of the issuing bank will credit card business to implement the online business. In view of this situation, combined with the research results and practical work, designed by credit card installment payment of e-commerce platform, the credit card network application platform, the issuing bank has strong practicability and feasibility, it is also the innovation of this article.The fifth chapter in order to verify the network economy to the credit card industry to bring the changes and adjustments, by using gray correlation analysis method and a bank credit card marketing tool case analysis. Through the Bank of China since the establishment of the transaction data, using the gray relation analysis method on the credit card transaction network in the analysis of influencing factors, thus validating the Metcalf rule in China's credit card market embodiment.
