| Along with the growing environment complexity inside and outside of the enterprise, effectively prevent cooperate law risk has become the object demand for enterprise competition on the market as well as the key element of building the legal society. Based on the characters of the preventable law risk, enterprise should build the systems to recognize, evaluate as well as the correspondent effective measures on management system to avoid economic loss or other risks, which is a organic study bond of law and management. In today's society, enterprise are facing unprecedented fierce in market competition, and meeting more and more potential law risks. What's more important, such risk may even cause the enterprise to fatal. So in order to exist and keep continuous development in the competition society, enterprise should build the special law risk prevention mechanism system to minimize the loss cause by law risk. This thesis selected the building of law risk prevention mechanism system in state-owned enterprise as the study topic, which combined the practical experience and successful case in Laiwu steel group etc. state-owned enterprise as study topic to further analyze the building of law risk prevention mechanism system, and my point of view is that the building of corporate law risk prevention mechanism system is the key way to prevent the law risks. Also in this thesis, pointed out the method of building and improving the law risk mechanism prevention system. Total 30,000 words, consisting of three chapters except the preface and conclusion. Mainly based on Laiwu Steel Group as the case study, introduced the building and improving method for law risk prevention mechanism in the state-owned enterprise. Starting from explanation of the basic principle of building cooperate law risk prevention mechanism system, then fostering on law risk consciousness for the key managers and staff in the enterprise, fix the core role of the genera law consultant played in controlling law risk, bettering the cooperate law risk prevention system; Improving the law risk prevention objective, origination and tactic system, build the workflow in management of the law risk prevention.
