China's Listed Companies' Financial Control

With the development of China's economy, especially the development of capital market, financial scandals of listed companies become more common. Under this background, theory circle and practice circle pay more attention to internal control especially financial control of listed companies. This dissertation adopts the methods of standard research and case study, and uses relevant theories to analyse the current situation of financial control of China's listed companies and the deep reasons. Then, by studying of the case of Ha Air Conditioning, this dissertation analyses financial control of this enterprise, and finds the problems. At last, this dissertation put forward countermeasure to improve financial control of listed companies in many ways such as environment of financial control, risk assessment, critical control points and supervision. The purpose of this dissertation is to probe the way of improving financial control of listed companies, so that enterprises are able to discover financial risk in time, and take action to improve the level of management, and impel sustainable development of companies. It will give a reference to all enterprises in financial control in China.
