Industrial Cluster Mechanism Of Trust Between Enterprises

Currently, industry cluster as a special kind of enterprise space organization shape has showed remarkable vigor in the economic system in countries and has been concerned from the science, economics, management and many other fields. This paper based on the phenomenon that the cluster inter-organizational trust level is not high, and from the dynamic process of the development of trust mechanism between enterprises,then draw the model of inter-organizational trust mechanism.The article from the existing trust theory and cluster theory and after review these theories obtained the process of trust. The process of the inter-organizational trust is the dynamic change from the initial trust to continue trust, and then the institutional environment affects the development of the whole process of trust. Combined the theory of the trust of cluster, this paper defines the three factors affecting initial trust: reputation of company, ability of company and the relationships of enterprise's social interpersonal. There are three factors affecting continuous trust: experience of exchanges between enterprises, the communication channel between enterprises and cultural integration. Cluster institutional environment made the two related indicators, intermediaries and policy environment. According to the theoretical model, the author collected questionnaire material from the textile industry cluster in Hubei province of Han chuan, then research and interviews with related enterprises, finally using the method of statistical to analysis the collect date, from the empirical analysis on assumption, and then the theoretical model has been supplement and perfection. Used the forms of the case that is the typical enterprise in Hubei province of Han chuan textile industry cluster, from the reality case to analysis the process of building trust between enterprises and the characteristics, draw some practical conclusion.Based on the theoretical model and real conclusions, this article from to enhance the level of trust between enterprises, and then proposed the strategy of action for enterprise. According to the internal and external environment in cluster proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, finally the paper gives conclusion and deficiencies.
