| In recent years, with the increasing market competition, higher requirements on the logistics of manufacturing supply chains. Generally, the improvement in supply chain logistics needs cooperation among up and down corporations, and logistics collaboration has become the current development trend of modern logistics system. So studying on performance evaluation of supply chain logistics collaboration in manufacturing industry is important both in practice and theory. The companies in a supply chain can know the situation of logistics collaboration in time, better coordinate all aspects of logistics, and keep the supply chain logistics run smoothly.This study investigates the manufacturing supply chain logistics, and be based on the theory of logistics, synergetic and supply chain logistics collaboration. It is divided into five parts. The first part of the study states the background and significance of the thesis, introduces the status quo at home and abroad, offers the ideas and methods. The second part mainly made a brief analysis on the theory of logistics system and supply chain logistics collaboration. Based on the theory research, the third part has carried on deep research to manufacturing supply chain logistics system and collaboration. According to the preliminary research and formal survey, the fourth part confirms a comprehensive system on performance evaluation index for supply chain logistics collaboration of manufacturing. It contains 5 dimensions and 27 indexes. In the last part, it constitutes a fuzzy evaluating model. On the basis of the performance evaluation indexes and the fuzzy evaluating model, this study gives an example study on the supple chain of Shenyang DY machine tool plant.It proved that the evaluation system is not only theoretically feasible, but also can better evaluates the performance for supply chain logistics collaboration of manufacturing, and it laid a foundation for the application of the indexes and model. |
