And use Logistic model to make quantitative analysis of the impact factors of the land subletting conduct of concurrent business farmers. The main conclusions are as follows:1, the development of the concurrent business farmers, in Zhucheng City, has formed a relatively good state. The city's chief concurrent business farmers accounted for about 70% of the total rural households. It's a more common form. And the industry act to increase the income of peasants has played a very good effect, but the development of agriculture itself, has brought a lot of negative effects, reducing the rate of land productivity and land utilization, but also hindered the further agricultural labor productivity improvement.2, now Zhucheng through a variety of flow patterns, transfer of land 10 thousand hm2, farmers involved in the transfer of 57 thousand. By comparing the different choices of rural households case analysis of operating conditions before and after the transfer of land to determine the scale transfer of land use efficiency was significantly higher than after the small business fact.3, by Logistic regression analysis of the concurrent business farmers'land sublet behavior, showed that farmers and industry will be affected by acts of the land sublease family farmers and industry, the average age of labor force, part-time, revenue structure, the per capita area of cultivated land crushing degree and the local the level of social service and other factors. Among them, age, income structure, land crushing degree and level of social service of the sublease with the farmers act positively correlated, while the farmers per capita arable land area and part-time behavior of their land subleasing negative correlation.4, on the basis of the behavior of the land leased for the government to ensure the interests of farmers, facilitate land, make a number of recommendations:The Government should respect this stage, farmers and industry, rational choice, and actively guide the farmers of the land transfer, establish and improve the land the circulation of the market, establish a sound social security system in rural areas, in order to sublet the land of the living farmers provide some assurance.
